How to set up a campaign, what a credit covers, and how automatic posting differs from drafts you post yourself. The questions on the home page are here as well.
You buy credits, then create a campaign and choose automatic posting or manual suggestions. Both types use the same brief. They differ in who publishes.
A campaign needs a company name, a goal, keywords, a main search term, and communities to include. The campaign name, website, product page, and ignore list are optional. If you add a website or a product page, ReddFox reads those pages once, when the campaign is created, and fills the writing policy from them and from the goal.
You can run more than one campaign. They spend from the same credit balance. You can pause, resume, or delete a campaign at any time. Pausing an automatic campaign stops publishing. Pausing a manual campaign stops the nightly suggestion search.
Sign in, open your account, and start a campaign. Work through the steps in order.
Campaign: optional name, required company name, optional website, optional product or service URL, and a required goal. Add required keywords and one required main search term. Pick the campaign type: Automatic AI posting, Automatic AI posting (own account), or Manual AI drafts. The Karma Boost template fills a ready-made brief for an account you add.
Subreddits: list communities to include, one per line, such as r/smallbusiness. AI find subreddits can suggest communities from the brief. An ignore list is optional. Ignored communities are never used.
Pace and credits: set how many items to publish per day, week, month, or year. Set a credit limit, or leave it at 0 for no limit. Choose posts, comments, or both. You can ask ReddFox to reply when someone asks a question on something it already published. On a ReddFox-account campaign you can add the line “Disclosure: I'm posting on behalf of [company]”.
Policy: ReddFox fills this from the goal and, if you added them, from the website and product page. You can edit what to promote, features, audience, tone, language, when a link is allowed, how to mention the business, competitors, things to avoid, a good example, and a bad example. Save the campaign. It starts active.
Automatic AI posting publishes from a ReddFox Reddit account, or from a Reddit account you add. You set how many comments or posts to publish per day, week, month, or year, and whether the campaign writes posts, comments, or both. It still publishes at most one post, comment, or reply each hour. A faster pace does not go out sooner than that.
ReddFox looks for conversations that match the campaign, checks the community rules, and publishes when the post fits. A community that does not fit is skipped. You can also ask ReddFox to reply when someone asks a question on something it already published.
Each published post, comment, or reply uses one credit. Reports on the campaign show what went out and whether Reddit still shows it. A removal does not return the credit.
A manual campaign does not publish. You keep the same brief and community lists, and ReddFox builds a Suggestions list from those communities, including relevant posts outside the include list. Ignored communities are left out.
Open a suggestion and ask for an AI reply, then copy it and paste it on Reddit yourself. It goes out under your own username. Refresh the list when you want a new search. A nightly search also updates it while the campaign is active.
Each draft uses one credit. Posting it yourself does not use another. Ignore a post and later suggestions skip similar wording. Ignore a community and it drops out of the list.
Automatic AI posting can use a ReddFox account or a Reddit account you add. You do not send a Reddit password. A removal or a report lands on the account that published it.
A manual campaign uses your own Reddit account, because you paste and submit the reply yourself. ReddFox only writes it. Each community still applies its own rules on top of your include and ignore lists.
It uses the goal, keywords, main search term, and the include list. It looks for conversations those terms fit. It skips ignored communities and communities whose rules do not allow the account to post. A thread that cannot be posted on is skipped, and the campaign moves on.
On an automatic campaign, one published post, comment, or reply uses one credit. On a manual campaign, one drafted reply uses one credit, and posting that reply yourself does not use another. Looking at suggestions does not use a credit. Credits belong to the account, so several campaigns spend from the same balance.
An automatic campaign can reserve part of the balance with a credit limit. Leave the limit at 0 and it keeps spending until the account has no credits left. You can buy more in steps of 100 credits, from $25.
There is no refund when a post or comment is removed, in the wrong place, or incorrect. Views, clicks, leads, and sales are not guaranteed.
Open Reports on an automatic campaign. The page lists posts and comments, whether each one is still live or removed, the last run, and the next run. Counts at the top show live and removed posts and comments.
Filter by day, week, month, or all time, and by kind and status. Expand a row to read what was published.
The report marks it removed. The credit stays used. Edit the policy or the community lists if you do not want more posts like that one. ReddFox does not guarantee that a post will stay up.

No. ReddFox writes the posts, comments, and draft replies. You do not install software, buy a separate AI account, or leave a computer running.
The writing follows the campaign goal and the policy. It can still be off-topic, poorly worded, factually wrong, or not what you expected. Edit the policy and the next draft or post follows the new instructions. Anything already on Reddit stays as it was published.
Open Hire ReddFox or Buy credits. The smallest purchase is 100 credits for $25. Larger packs are 300 credits for $75 and 600 credits for $150. From the account you can add more in steps of 100 credits, from $25.
Checkout asks for the email on your ReddFox account and your agreement to the terms. Payment is taken by Stripe. The receipt goes to that email. There is no automatic renewal.
Open Account, then Log in, and use the email and password on the ReddFox account. If you have not set a password yet, use the set-password link from the email ReddFox sends after payment. Forgot password sends a reset link to that same email.
Sign in and open Support to start a ticket. You can also email [email protected].

Company name is the business the writing is about. The goal is what the campaign should do. Keywords and the main search term tell ReddFox which conversations to consider.
The website and product URL are read once, when the campaign is created, to draft the writing policy. Saving later edits does not read those pages again.
Include list is where the campaign may post. Ignore list is where it must not post. A search can also consider other relevant communities that are not on the include list, and it still skips the ignore list.
Yes. Edit the campaign to change the company, goal, keywords, main search term, communities, website, or product page. On an automatic campaign you can also change the pace, whether it publishes posts, comments, or both, and the credit limit. Edit the policy to change how the writing should sound and what it should say or avoid.
Saving those edits does not read the website again. That read happens only when the campaign is created. The new direction applies to work that has not been published yet. Anything already live on Reddit stays as it was published.
Yes. Each campaign has its own brief, communities, and pace. They all spend from the same account credit balance. A credit limit on one campaign reserves part of that balance so the others cannot use it.
Open the campaign from your account and pause it when you want it to stop. Pausing an automatic campaign stops publishing. Pausing a manual campaign stops the nightly suggestion search. Resume starts that work again. Delete removes the campaign from the account. Deleting it does not take down posts that are already on Reddit, and it does not return credits already used.
Automatic AI posting uses a Reddit account ReddFox provides. You do not connect a login. A removal lands on that ReddFox account.
Automatic AI posting (own account) publishes from a Reddit account you add on the Reddit accounts page. Pick that account on the campaign. A removal lands on your account. You do not send a Reddit password.
The pace is the number you set per day, week, month, or year. ReddFox still publishes at most one post, comment, or reply each hour, and at most 24 in a day. An account under 7 days old is held to one a day even if the pace is set higher.
The campaign reports page shows the last run and the next run.
When that box is checked, ReddFox can write a follow-up if someone asks a question on a post or comment the campaign already published. Each follow-up that is published uses one credit. Turn the box off and ReddFox leaves those replies alone.
On a campaign that posts from a ReddFox account, the disclosure box adds “Disclosure: I'm posting on behalf of [company]” to posts and comments. Leave it off if you do not want that line. The writing policy can still say how the business should be mentioned.
Yes. What to publish can be Posts and comments, Posts only, or Comments only. Comments reply on other people’s threads. Posts start a new thread in a community that fits the campaign.
Open the campaign suggestions. Pick a post that fits. Ask ReddFox to draft a reply. Read it. If it is wrong, change the policy and draft again, which uses another credit. Copy the reply you want and paste it into Reddit while you are logged in as yourself. Submit it there. ReddFox does not post a manual draft.
No. Opening the list and reading a post does not use a credit. A credit is used when you ask for a drafted reply.
An active manual campaign searches again each night. You can also refresh the list from the suggestions page when you want a new search now. A paused campaign does not run that nightly search.
Sign in and open Reddit accounts. You need the Reddit username and a cookie export, not the password.
In Chrome, install Cookie-Editor. Open reddit.com and log in as the account you want to use. Click the Cookie-Editor icon, then Export, and choose JSON. Paste that text into the cookie box with the username.
Pick the country and city the account should post from, then save. Use Check login on the saved account to confirm the cookies still sign in.
ReddFox signs in with the session cookies you export. The password is not stored. If Reddit signs the account out, export a fresh cookie file and save it again.
Yes. Karma boosting runs from a Reddit account you add, whether that account is new or already seasoned. You do not send a Reddit password. Choose the Karma Boost template when you create the campaign. It fills a ready-made brief: a plain helpful comment, no product pitch, posted from that account.
For a new account, set the pace to 1 comment a day for the first 7 days. For the next 7 days, set it to 2 comments a day. After that, 3 comments a day is a steady pace. Leave at least an hour between comments. A seasoned account can start higher.
ReddFox still publishes at most one post, comment, or reply each hour, and at most 24 in a day. An account under 7 days old is held to one a day even if the pace is set higher.
ReddFox only posts or comments in communities whose rules allow that account to take part. A community that requires more account age or karma than the account has, or that does not allow the post, is skipped.
Reddit can still remove a post or ban an account or a community at any time. ReddFox takes no responsibility for a banned account or for a ban from a subreddit.
Start at 1 comment a day for the first 7 days, then 2 comments a day for the next 7 days, then 3 comments a day. Keep at least an hour between comments. An account under 7 days old is held to one a day even if you set a higher pace. A seasoned account can start higher, still within one item an hour and 24 in a day.
It uses the goal, keywords, main search term, and the include list. It looks for conversations those terms fit. It skips ignored communities and communities whose rules do not allow the account to post. A thread that cannot be posted on is skipped, and the campaign moves on.
On the subreddit step, AI find subreddits suggests communities from the company, goal, and keywords. Review the list before you save it. Add any community you do not want to the ignore list.
It can consider other relevant communities that are not on the include list. Communities on the ignore list are left out. You can approve or ignore a community from the campaign reports page. Approved communities stay available. Ignored communities are skipped on the next run.
Put the rules in the policy: tone, language, when a link is allowed, how to mention the business, competitors, and things you do not want. A good example and a bad example teach the shape of a reply. The next draft or post uses the saved policy. Posts already on Reddit are not rewritten.
Yes. AI can be off-topic, poorly worded, factually wrong, or not what you expected. That is part of the service. On a manual campaign, read the draft before you paste it. On an automatic campaign, tighten the policy so later posts follow the correction.
Only when the policy says a link is allowed, and when the community allows it. Say in the policy when the website must be left out. A community that removes links can still remove the post. A removal does not return the credit.
The policy controls how the business is mentioned. The default guidance is to be plain about who is speaking. You can require a disclosure, or tell the campaign not to pretend to be a customer. On a ReddFox-account campaign, the disclosure checkbox adds a fixed “posting on behalf of” line.
One credit costs $0.25. Start is 100 credits for $25. Build is 300 credits for $75. Scale is 600 credits for $150. Extra credits are sold in steps of 100.
Credits stay on the account until a campaign uses them. There is no automatic renewal. Credits are not refunded, including credits still on the account.
A credit limit reserves that many credits for one campaign. It cannot be higher than the credits still available after other campaigns’ reservations. Set it to 0 and the campaign has no private reserve. It then spends from whatever is left on the account.
Automatic publishing stops when there is no credit left to spend, or when this campaign’s reserved credits are used up. A manual draft also needs one credit before it is written. Buy more credits and the work can continue. A scheduled reply that needs a credit is not posted until a credit is available.
No. Credits are not refunded when a post or comment is removed by Reddit or by a community, when it is in the wrong place, or when it is incorrect, irrelevant, or not the result you wanted. A removed post still used its credit. Unused credits are not refunded either.
No. You buy a pack of credits when you want more. Nothing renews on its own.
Open Reports on an automatic campaign. The page lists posts and comments, whether each one is still live or removed, the last run, and the next run. Counts at the top show live and removed posts and comments.
Filter by day, week, month, or all time, and by kind and status. Expand a row to read what was published.
On the reports page, use Check status. ReddFox looks up the posts and comments again. The page updates when that check finishes. If a search is already running, wait and try the check again.
Yes. Report alerts can email you when someone comments on a campaign post, when someone replies to a campaign comment, and when content is reported. Save the alert settings on the reports page. The message includes a link back to the report.
Open the post or comment in the report and schedule a reply. That reply is written for the next run and uses one credit when it is published. If the account has no credit, the reply is not scheduled until you add credits.
On the reports page, move a community to the ignore list. The next run skips it. Move it to the approved list if the campaign should keep using it.
The report marks it removed. The credit stays used. Edit the policy or the community lists if you do not want more posts like that one. ReddFox does not guarantee that a post will stay up.
ReddFox takes no responsibility if a Reddit account is banned from a subreddit, or banned from Reddit entirely. That includes an account you add and an account ReddFox uses to publish. A ban is not a reason for a refund.
No. ReddFox does not guarantee views, clicks, leads, or sales. Communities set their own rules and can remove anything.
A community is skipped when it is on the ignore list, when its rules do not allow that account to take part, or when the account does not meet an age or karma requirement. The campaign continues with the next conversation that fits.
No. Whatever pace you set, ReddFox publishes at most one post, comment, or reply each hour, and at most 24 in a day. An account under 7 days old stays at one a day.
Credits, removals, and bans are also covered in the terms of service.
